An art exchange has begun between Elybia, Bviskan, and Drakonaris. Paintings in major museums across our 3 nations are being put on tour where they will circulate in the museums of the participating nations before returning to their home nation. Their security shall be guaranteed by the nation hosting the painting at that time and expenses for transporting the paintings shall be borne by the nation carrying out the transportation. No cost will be incurred by the nation of origin as a result of these exchanges and it will be solely for the purpose of furthering cultural development in all. May the people of all of our nations grow to appreciate the diverse and wonderful cultures of the world through this initiative!

This message was released by the People's Commissariat on Foreign Affairs and copies of the announcement have been delivered to the Elybian and Bviskan embassies in Alinor.

Jesrurix wrote:A joint internationale special committee was created, the highest law enforcement officials from each country was called to join. On the ground, The Ministry of the Interior authorized the deployment of two hundred heavy "special agents" to surround the embassy and prepare to siege the complexes. The anercian embassy in the particular is quite sparse and employs a skeleton crew staff to run it, no actually valuable information or documents exist there, all anercian embassies essentially function like this to prevent data leaks even within allied countries.

Drakonarian law enforcement officials from the Commissariat on Internal Affairs are in attendance to the special committee as well as diplomats. They send a message to the Anerician ministry of the interior urging caution in terms of besieging the complexes until we know what is going on on the ground. They ask the Anercian officials if they do choose to move in on the complexes to request permission before entering the Drakonarian embassy complex because as far as we have heard the immediate intrusions have been dealt with and without communications to inform embassy personnel of the reason for Anercian action because of a lack of power they are required by policy to treat any unauthorized entry as a threat and respond accordingly.

As both countries have the embassies surrounded, The Minister of the Interior Isof had authorized a small detachment of agents into the Anercian embassy. He also encouraged the Drakonarians to do the same as they have legal grounds to enter.

How do you know if your embassy has been surrounded? Unless you have heard information we have not all we have heard is what was said in his message and ours shots were fired there were flames that does not mean there are still enemies surrounding the embassies in fact as of our last reports there was no cause to believe the they were surrounded. Our troops are inside our embassies and last we heard all attempts at entry had been repelled. The outer security of the embassy is the duty of the host country and might I remind the minister that both our nations are required to ask permission before troops are brought onto their territory (meaning anywhere in their land not the embassy itself).

After a few hours of work and multiple exchange of fires at the embassy with the fire being put out and Drakonaris workers and guards on video being escorted by highly equipped soldiers and counter terrorists.

The aftermath:

The attack of Drakonaris embassy. The embassy not being breached suffered the least damage but redrieved video shows that the Molotov cocktail hit a bad spot and made the fire spread slowly. Casualties and injuries: dead 1, a GMR delegate who was executed by the assailants during the attempted takeover of the embassy. Injuries: 10, injuries are minor ones with just bullet scraped, class cuts and small 3rd burns, medical aid was given as soon as possible.

The attack on Jesrurix Embassy. With the embassy being run by a skeleton crew and having very little workers, the building was easily breached and everyone inside was shot by the assailants, the battle for the embassy resulted in minimal casualties for the counter terrorists and special forces.

Assailants: the assailants of the terror attack are apart of a right wing terrorist organisation, the attack was perpetrated by a total of 20 men with them splitting 50/50 on the embassies. 10 of the assailants attacking the Drakonaris embassy had a hard time and lost 2 attackers during the fire fight but managed to kill a GMR delegate, 5 were killed while trying to enter the Jesrurix embassy, 1 was captured alive and the last one was killed by a ally while fleeing. The attack to retake the Jesrurix embassy was swift and fast with zero casualties on the forces, with 2 being captured alive, and the rest killed while cleaning out the building.

Aftermath: with the terror attack on GMR soil, the government has ended martial law and has requested that the other two nations regocnise the group as a terrorist organisation and that they give any person who might be connected to a terror attack in GMR to the GMR Counter Terrorism and government hands to deal with the accused accordingly.

Anercian delegates in the internationale proposed an interalliance intelligence agency to monitor right-wing terrorism within the alliance, with a special combined budget and an equal representative leadership, it'll be likely for it to be effective.

Back in Drakonaris the Dragons banner flies at half mast over the palace of the people in mourning of the death of the GMR delegate in the Drakonarian embassy. The DSP central committee and peoples congress voted unanimously this morning to declare the group responsible a terrorist organization and the Commissariat for Internal Affairs and the intelligence agency within the commissariat are now hunting for those within Drakonaris with any connection to what has occurred. The Drakonarian delegation to the Internationale votes in favor of the interalliance intelligence agency and nominates the deputy commissar for internal affairs Guillermo Yadalis to serve as the Drakonarian member of the agencies leadership team.

Today, a agreement was made between the nation of elybia and the nation of Drakonaris. The agreement is as follows: the citizens of elybia and the citizens of Drakonaris do not require visa nor passport to visit and or become a citizen of either elybia and or Drakonaris. Citizens of the two nations who become a citizen of either elybia or Drakonaris do not need to renounce their citizenship of the nation they currently have citizenship in. The reason for this agreement is so that the elybian people and the people of Drakonaris can trust each other more, decreasing the chance of any armed conflict if any misunderstandings where to occur

An email would arrive in the main government building of Drakonaris, it would be addressed to the governmental body of Drakonaris, with it's labelling showing it as being sent by the Tinbya Sierjanian Foreign Relations Commune. Inside the email would be an invitation to arrive at the Tinbya Sierjanian capitol building, named the "House of Liberty" to sign the treaty discussed between both nations regarding the state of the economy of Tinbya Sierjan. The email would close stating that the various Communes within Tinby Sierjan have decided that ratification of said treaty would not only be a good thing for the economy, but that it would help push the nation out of isolation. There would also be an attached image in the email depicting the Tinbya Sierjanian governmental seal, which is still used within the nation to legitimize businesses and legislation. The email would also appear to be structed a little poorly, with it mostly being one large wall of text describing Tinbya Sierjans thoughts on each of the parts of the DSEA aid treaty.

I. Due to the current situation within the nation of Tinbya Sierjan, these loans would not only help with efforts to rebuild various damaged structers but would also help to allieviate the strain put on the economy of the nation and allow it a little more spending freedom.

II. Although this would be preferable to the government if it had a fixed end date, the benefits of this treaty far outweigh the negatives, which said negatives are mostly consistent of this piece of the treaty. We would prefer an end date for this piece of the treaty be negotiated soon, as we do not yet know how much gold said mountains outlined in this section contain.

III. With the major discount of said products and with the loans outlined earlier within this treaty, we see no reason to oppose this section in any form whatsoever.

IV. This section allows the establishment of an anchored value, however temporary it may be, for the Dabhat. Which for a long time has fluctuated between the same range of worth, this will provide a way for people to guage how much value they have and how valuable certain provided commodities are. There is no reason for us to oppose this section.

V. We, the Communes of Tinbya Sierjan, were split on weather or not to keep the patrol boats armament or to increase it. But we ultimately decided that keeping said armaments on the patrol boats would help sow trust between our people and you. This trust is essential for us to exit our period of isolation and finally take a position on the world stage.

VI. We, the Communes of Tinbya Sierjan, had a similar issue with this seciton of the treaty as section V. Though we came to the same conclusion as the one decided on in section V, we took longer to come to said conclusion for section VI.

VII. The ten year time limit will allow us significant time to recover from our current situation, and the extions could allow us, if not yet recovered, to continue to restructure our economy for however long it takes to rebuild. This also allows us (if given consent by the governing parties of Drakonaris) to extend said loans as the 5% interest rate allows us some time to repay said loans before they become overbearing.

This message is received at the foreign affairs building and thoroughly looked over by Drakonarian diplomats. While they found it interesting to read the rationales for the communes they decide to proceed with ratification without any further modifications. A note is sent back saying that Drakonarian officials will be arriving in the capital shortly for the ceremony and thanking the government of Tinbya Sierjan for the kind invitation.

At the bottom of the letter is emblazoned the Drakonarian government seal which also functions as the seal of the Draconian Socialist Party.

A phoenix carrying a letter lands at the drakonaris president's/leader desk. The phoenix drops the letter on the desk. The letter reads the following

"Spretya. As you may have heard, my husband, Gerald, has willingly decided to abdicate from the elybian throne. We are planning to hold a ceremony to make my husband's abdication official. I am hereby inviting you to take part in the abdication ceremony

In response, a set of coordinates are sent to the Drakonarian government, which point to a military airbase near the capitol. Enclosed inside an attached document is landing procedure, and the fact that the air field will be protected by the Honor Guard. There is also a detailed route to the capitol, showing where guards will be stationed, where to go in case of emergency, etc. All this inside an encrypted file required a verification key to be sent from a Drakonarian diplomat within Tinbya Sierjan to verify that the file is being opened by the desired individuals. Along with the file is the Tinbya Sierjanian governmental seal.

Black and red dragons fly over Tinbya Sierjan carrying the Premier, his aides, and a contingent of the honor guards of the wing. They radio the military base's air traffic control and go through the proper procedure to confirm the visit before making one last circle around the area from the air and coming down to land. The gust of wind from massive wing beats rustle the hair and blow the hats off of any onlookers as the dragons settle onto the tarmac. The ceremonial armor of the honor guards of the wing glints crimson in the sunlight as they dismount their dragons and stand at attention in a line at either side of the Premier and his aides. Premier Poole dismounts his dragon and stands in front of his honor guard.

Abruptly his hand goes to his side and he pulls his sword from his belt holding it aloft. "Hail to the dragons! Hail to the party! Hail Drakonaris!" he shouted his voice growing louder with each exclamation until it echoes around the base. Then in unison the guards joined in, lifting their swords to the sky as well. "Hail to the dragons! Hail to the party! Hail Drakonaris!"

Without another word the premier walks down the aisle created by his guards toward the waiting officials. As he approaches them his face breaks into a smile. "My friends" he says "so good to finally meet you! Its been too long that our two peoples have stood apart and although I am saddened that it took such unfortunate circumstances as this recession to bring us together I am pleased that we are able to meet now in celebration to commemorate the agreement that will herald its end" the premier reaches out his hand to the lead official.

Far above the clouds in Elybia, in the kevlar plated hold of a C-18 cargo plane, was Yarnem with two stars on his officer's cap instead of one. It has been months since he set foot within their airspace and now he must return, not to bring war, but to make sure that the project goes smoothly. The plane shakes for a moment as it hits a gust of turbulence, he looks up and saw his security detail, all of them fidgeting with their exosuits and cleaning their rifles. There were fifteen of them, their faces melting together in his mind, these men were not Yarnem's men, but the President's. They do not bear the red star and twin rifles of the Red Army, but a new emblem of the Bureau of Internal Security, a symbol of a vulture carrying a hammer and sickle. The captain of the security detail, all the way in the front of the seats, eyed him intensely, scanning Yarnem's body thoroughly. The staring makes him uncomfortable, as rumors of the BIS circle in his mind, under his breath he called the captain a "F*ckin' Rat-Catcher".

The C-18 descends low past the clouds, its navigation lights blinking like stars in the night as the Elybian countryside sleeps soundly above the roar of its engines. It was nothing but primeval forests, a sea of dark foliage below, but he was relieved as they seem to be recovering from the war. Beyond the endless wave of trees, lies Ukrayma, the home of the REA. There, they await their comrades in bated breath, eager to see their general again.

The plane lands roughly on the dirt runway and stops just at the end of the path, outside, the SEF was in full force as they waved banners and welcome slogans to warmly embrace their General. Further ahead was an Anercian-Made L-ATV, sleek and and highly armored, the autocannon sitting silent on top. The rest of his detail stayed behind to protect the plane.

As they ride into the city, Yarnem opened his window and caught a cherry blossom in hands, and looked with awe as the cherry trees are in full bloom. Hidden lights shine inside them, causing them to glow slightly at night, illuminating their journey to HQ. Throughout the city, it was as if he had stumbled back into Anercia: red-and-black banners sprawl the central road arteries, revolutionary songs sung both in elybian and anercian permeate the radio, and heavily armed soldiers patrolling the streets.

They pulled up to the REA HQ, the former mayors office turned military base, and exited the vehicle. There, a well-built but aged man greeted him, his smile pained by deep scars on his face, and stroking his salt and pepper beard. "Comrade General! It is so good to see you again. We made some changes to the HQ, how you do you like it?" Looking up, Yarnem noticed that new concrete walls and barbed wire have been erected around the building. With a 200 yard zone filled with mines, anti-tank guns, and machinegun nests.

"We did what you asked." He snapped his fingers as a soldier on the wall spotted with binoculars. Then the gates opened up with many royal mages lined up in single file, two Humvees pulled up besides Yarnem as well. "Hello! Which one of you is the head mage?" Yarnem asked.

An armored car bearing Drakonarian protectorate army brigadier general Falion Greenberg and other officers of the protectorate army general staff rolled through the gates of the Ukrayma REA headquarters. The soldiers saluted and let the general and his officers pass recognizing the Drakonarian insignia on their uniforms. The officers seem to relax a bit seeing the revolutionary banners and Anerican plane landing. The REA soldiers keep an eye on the Drakonarians as they approach but there is a nod between the REA commander and his soldiers and they are allowed to proceed. Drakonarian general smiles as he sees his Anercian counterpart disembarking his plane and talking to the REA officials. "I trust the pick up is going well?" the general says as he watches the mages file in.

"Easy enough to get them here, can't wait until you take them away from us." General Rick Tannerly chuckled as mages were searched thoroughly by the BIS agents. Having advanced night vision visors whir and click unnaturally as they scan their body, as if they were meat viewed upon by its hunter. Then they were taken into the Humvees with thick black bags covering their heads, with small breathing holes perforating the mouth area.

"You've been here for a little bit, tell me general how is Elybia nowadays? Goldia giving you much trouble?" Yarnem asked his Drakonarian counterpart.

"Not too much, the monarchy is fairly cooperative but the Elybian people still have a bit of trouble accepting our presence and their situation. The arrival of some Drakonarian civilians in Elybia have cooled tensions a bit. Suddenly they are beginning to see that we are not all uniformed guys with guns and dragons. The whole REA situation presents a quandary. You know how it is, so many armies running around makes people nervous and even if they are fellow socialists my guys don't love the idea of unregulated paramilitary groups patrolling. Anyway we aren't getting on the plane with you since as you know our scientists are coming from Drakonaris we are just here to make sure that the mages are being treated fairly" The Drakonarian general says giving a look to a BIS agent who seems to be taking a bit too long searching one of the female mages.

The general directs one of his staff officers to examine the mask just to ensure that the mages can breath sufficiently. Once that has been verified the general and his staff step back a bit allowing the agents to load the mages onto the plane and going over to talk with the Anercian General and REA leadership.

A cold northern chill produces strong shivers up these hardened military men spines, Tannerly offered them coffee and some stew inside the base while closing his black leather bomber jacket. Yarnem sent away his security detail, the silent captain was about to protest but went against it, taking the mages back to the plane. The sound of the engine roaring hasten as it takes off into the night sky, swallowed by an endless expanse, not to see their homes for months at a time.

Inside the base, nicknamed "Fort Irongrad" by its soldiers, was awash with late-night drinking of vodka and overall cheeriness as if they were celebrating something. Going up to the mayoral building, stood two parallel lines of Viper-I Tanks and a mixture of anercian APC's and IFV's, all hold overs from the war. Yarnem looked ahead farther beyond and saw three concrete depots, when asked, the REA commander said, "Our ammunition and weaponry depots, which thanks again for, we have more firepower than the d*mn monarchy now!" He laughed heartily.

The imposing mayoral building stood five stories tall with new SAM batteries installed on the roof. Going inside, they were escorted past the messy and unorganized staff that work mainly in an ad-hoc manner. The three generals and their respective staff were ushered into a large conference room that used to seat the mayor and his cabinet before his forceful removal by Yarnem.

Twenty BIS Heavy Agents met them alongside ten black armored SUV's, greeting them is the Head Researcher of Zion-1, Ian Zeigler. "Welcome to Anercia gentlemen, I promise Zion-1 will meet your necessities and even some luxuries if you request. He smiled. "But please do note, that this project is a classified state secret as well as the location of Zion-1. I will now ask for your cooperation and be searched by our dear security friends here." He gestured to the heavily armed and armored black-clad exosuited agents behind him.

With recent events in GMR the constitutional act 154.8 aka the foreign terror clause has been adopted the act contains 3 parts to it 154.8-1:A person with a criminal record that contains assault with a weapon or murder, will be automatically denied entry in GMR airport checks. 154.8-2:A person who is a suspected sympathizer or member of a terror group will be detained, questioned and searched. 154.8-3:A person who partakes in terror groups or is affiliated with one, will be detained, searched, questioned and returned to their homeland, under GMR constitutional act 56.5 Unhuman terror act, especially 56.5-5 will have their human rights and protections removed.

GMR also would like to publicly announce Operation Black Phoenix. A operation where a area has been shelled with incendiary artillery rounds to gain access to a underground abandoned military bunker being occupied by terrorists, the shelling has stopped and we have found a change to strike them when they opened the bunker hatch. GMR foreign affairs office will keep you updated on the situation and has called for Jesrurix and Drakonaris to aid with the attack on the bunker to secure a person connected with the attack on the Embassies.

All over elybia, in every nation, a female voice can be heard singing in old fairic from the speakers and the radio. The voice is beautiful and calming. The voice sounds familiar, very familiar. They aren't certain, but the people believe that the singer is enjel tapko bedsfa, the crown princess of elysium and elybia. They know she loves to sing, but they are left confused on why she would sing trough the sirens and radio. Is it to put the people at ease during this time of crisis?

Jesrurix wrote:A cold northern chill produces strong shivers up these hardened military men spines, Tannerly offered them coffee and some stew inside the base while closing his black leather bomber jacket.

"Its good to be here" General Greenberg says as they sit down "I heard about this place but with all the damn rebels running about and dealing with the near endless jurisdictional quarrels with the E.S.D.F. we haven't had the time to plan a formal visit. Sorry about the short notice by the way the ambassador informed me only this morning that you were coming in" The general says looking at the Anerican General "and I wanted to be here to make sure everything went well and see the current state of the REA for myself. It seems our intelligence reports really don't lie you have upped the armament on this place. I doubt our friend the queen will be pleased to hear it but if all goes well today I think we should have an agreement which will please her and all of us greatly. General Greenberg takes a bowl of stew from one of the waiters and pours himself a pot of coffee leaning back in his chair for a second to take a sip from his mug and look around at the other generals and their staff at the table around him.

Elybia wrote:"they are in a old fort turned into a prison. It is located around 9 minutes east from here"

Drakonarian troops withdraw temporarily and orders are given for land based and airborne recon to be sent to scout out the supposed location of the fort and seek to verify the presence of a rebel prison. In the mean time a small task force remains at the fort holding their ground about a kilometer away while the rest of the forces move to follow the scouts (moving slower obviously). Deployment plans are shared with the foundation troops so they can follow if they wish.

In the elybian town Square, enjel is giving a speech to the people

"Soldiers of alarkia. I know you are angry.. I know you want revenge. I know your world was destroyed. I'm sorry, but please don't let your hate and anger destroy our world as well. Good men has died. Women and children laying dead on the streets. Young men being forced to fight and die to protect their homes.. I know that we can live together peacefully. I certainly want you to live as free citizens of elybia, but do you want the same?"

behind them, a portal opens up. Out of the portal comes Julia, the captain of alpha-9. She is unarmed and are wearing pants and a t-shirt, this is to show that she is not a threat and that she only wants to talk, not fight. Due to wearing a t-shirt, her arms are revealed. It was later on in the night, the three generals sat besides a roaring campfire between two tanks, exchanging old war stories with each other. Yarnem was the first to break the story telling circle, "Speaking of armies, what's the situation with the REA?" - "Hmm? Us? Well its sad to say, some of our comrades are thinking about the future. "While I don't like foreigners practically occupying my country, I hate this monarchy even more, and i'm glad my occupiers are socialist. "Indeed" General Greenberg says putting down his mug now and looking at Rick as he listens to what they have to say "I have something of a proposition for you that may help our current situation. You can't fight the monarchy, that much is clear, and as much as they might annoy us, neither can we without appearing to the world to be bloody imperialist warmongers. That is why I am authorized by my superiors to propose this, join us. Unify the REA with the Drakonarian Protectorate army. You get the guarantee of permanent security in case the monarchy should ever decide they don't like you no more and you can continue to be soldiers for a socialist cause doing mostly the same thing you did during the war and do now. You help destroy rebels when they crop up and maintain security and general order other times and you receive a soldiers salary straight from the Drakonarian treasury. Obviously there are details to work out, you would need to be trained in our techniques and appropriately integrated with existing regiments but assuming we can get this done without too much fuss you will even be able to hold equivalent ranks to those you hold now in our armed forces. The party bosses though, thats the hard bit" the general says tapping his finger on the table rhythmically as if in thought. "Officially the Drakonarian Protectorate Army is neutral in politics and cannot associate with any faction so if you accept our offer to join us former REA personnel will not be able to work for the SEF. Obviously you can vote any way you want but formerly REA units cannot do anything to further the political goals of the SEF."

The General takes a deep breath and a sip from his mug before looking around trying to gauge the reaction of the REA general to his proposal.

The Elybian General looked down at the half-snowy ground, deep in thought, but in quiet resignation he gave in. He thought about this before, a question that would divide his comrades. "To survive then, we must abandon our civilian comrades."

"There will be hell to pay, some arrest to be made, can you do that?" Rick asked.

The General Greenberg's face looks grave "Perhaps there is some way, no. If what you say is true, if the party bosses are truly willing to risk it all trying to hold onto their private army, then that won't work. Damnit man I know what we have to do but I don't like it. Get the party bosses in here and we'll handle the rest." General Greenberg says shaking his head. "Now I need to go make a phone call but I will be back soon. Message me when you can get the SEF people here and don't give too many details about what this meetings about. Lets reconvene in 1 hour." The general and his aides get up and walk away briskly leaving Yarnem and the REA general to themselves.

He nodded and when Greenberg left, he gathered the general staff of the REA to discuss potential integration and to dissolve the SEF as a political entity. It was near unanimous with the other generals, except with one, the Commander of the 3rd Division stood alone in opposition to the merge.

"Comrades, can't you see? These so called socialists are in reality imperialists that control our nation, we should not bend our knee." Commander Hilo Milvich argued. The other commanders didn't reply, only the cold stare of the General looking back at him. Two MP's came into the room and arrested him, "This is how it ends? How our nation dies, how the elybian proletariat becomes subservient to a foreign power?" he was asked to hand over his officers pistol, and then cuffed.

A moment later, General Rick Tannerly called for a general meeting in the HQ that would see all seven of the founding members of the SEF attend.

Drakonaris wrote:Black and red dragons fly over Tinbya Sierjan carrying the Premier, his aides, and a contingent of the honor guards of the wing.

The diplomat motions for the premier to follow, the diplomat then guides them into the airports main lobby. The main lobby having been completely cleared and decorated with the flag of Tinbya Sierjan and various different types of cloth banners, most of which being red and white in coloration, with some bearing the coat of arms of Tinbya Sierjan. As they pass into the main lobby they motion for the premier to halt and wait, while they exit out the main entrance towards a few armored cars an APC and a jet black limousine pull up to the terminal.

Out of the limousine steps a very peculiar looking individual, being humanoid in figure but also being coated in pearl white scales, having a jaw fitting of a dragon, light grey horns being about 8 inches in length, and a serpentine tail. They begin walking towards the entrance, flanked by two different looking guards which have some grey plate-based segmented armor over what looks to be a brown uniform and rounded helmets with black visors, said helmets being dark grey around the jaw and having the same segmented plates everywhere else.

This individual enters and bows to the premier, addressing himself as the Chancellor of Tinbya Sierjan, and goes by the name of Cyprais. He asks the premier to follow him into the limousine, mentioning that the limousine is equipped with adaptive camouflage, hence the segmented plates on it's side, and will appear as an APC to onlookers. His two guards part and face towards each other, waiting for the premier to make their way past them before they resume formation.

Around the side of the building in the shadow of the walls General Greenberg is having a hushed conversation via radio

"How long until they arrive? I need them within the hour!" a voice on the other end replies in a muted tone and the general begins to pace. "Look I don't care how you do it but I need you here on time, we are taking a big risk doing this, internal affairs isn't even supposed to be in the country never mind here."

About half an hour later

Men in dark suits with a small curled dragon sewn onto their lapels walk hurriedly into the fort keeping to the shadows and avoiding patrols. The soldiers to the extent that they seem to see them always abruptly turn as their patrol route takes them close to the men going about their business but moving in the other direction. The men slip in the back door vanishing out of sight of anyone outside.

The General Greenberg and his aides walk into the meeting heads held high but the general looks around the room carefully as he enters taking stock of everything and everyone. As he enters he addresses himself to the assembled leaders "Its good to meet all of you and a shame I have only had the opportunity to meet some of you before. I am Brigadier General Falion Greenberg representing the Drakonarian Protectorate Army Central Command. These are my aides Lieutenant Commander Hutchinson and Lieutenant Falk." The commander keeps his demeanor calm as him and his aides take their seats and pull out their laptops for the meeting. He discretely scribbles a note on a piece of paper before slipping it under his computer.

Once that is done he looks around waiting to see if General Tannerly will start the meeting.

The two side doors open, one side are Red Elybian soldiers with their rifles pointed towards the party members, the other was General Yarnem with a squad of seven BIS Heavy Agents. "What is this? Comrade General why are you here?" One of the bosses asked. "Progress." He said coldly. Then they produced handcuffs and restrained the party bosses violently, bloodying them with the ends of their rifles. They were dragged into the basement level, which was converted into an interrogation chamber and holding/execution room, and the muffled sounds of gunfire echoed back into the meeting room.

Outside, where the courtyard was the stage for a quick trial and execution of anti-integration officers and soldiers. Round upon round, blood stains the white snow, with each blindfold and trigger pull, were the wheels of history slowly moving along. This scene was currently playing across Elybia, as REA strongholds pledge their loyalty to the Protectorate Army, and followed by mass arrests and trials. By the morning, the Socialist Elybian Front will be no more.

A half hour later, the headquarters and courtyard calmed down, "Well General, you wanted progress, this is the price. Buyers beware." Yarnem said to greenberg. He patted his back and left the HQ to be taken back to the airstrip, where the C-18 cargo plane with the mages are loaded up. He gives one last look to the nation with a pitiful look, "Sorry B*stards." He disappeared into the plane. And it would take off into the distance to Anercia.

"Indeed" General Greenberg replies. At the back of the room the men in dark suits watch as the SEF leaders are dragged away. The general answers his radio to acknowledge reports as they come in from our agents. "Most impressive general" a voice says as one of the men steps forward "Subcommander Nayral Commissariat of Internal Affairs. You did my mens work for them general and I am not sure whether to thank you or rebuke you because by the fangs of Helencar you are efficient"

Another radio call comes in on the transponder and he listens carefully "Its time to go gentleman." General Greenberg turns to the REA General "I recommend you and your people keep low for a while things might get hairy until the merger is officially recognized. Someone will be by to pick up our armored car in a bit" the general says as black dragons land their riders in the same dark suits and dragon emblem as the agents. The general and his aides and the agents climb aboard the dragons before disappearing into the sky with the setting sun heading towards the port and ultimately across the sea towards Drakonaris.

Across Elybia dark dragons can faintly be seen flying towards the port landing to pick up passengers before disappearing again flying high in the clouds out of range of all but the most modern ground based anti aircraft.

It is a average morning in elybia. The people are just waking up, the animals are working, and enjel and goldia are getting ready to take a stroll like they do every morning. Enjel and goldia walks out of the castle and heads towards one of their favourite spot. After a few minutes of walking, they stop at a kiosk to buy themselves some snacks. They are smiling and joking, which would soon come to a complete stop. Three shots are heard, followed by goldia collapsing onto the ground. Enjel gets down on her knees to check if her mother is OK.. goldia had been shoot three times. Two times in the back, once in the head. The queen is dead... enjel let's out a ear piercing scream, causing thunder to strike and buildings to collapse. Police runs towards enjel. The officers pulls out their guns, looking around. With a trembling voice, enjel says

"M-mom? P-please wake up.. please! Mom! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME!"

The Chancellor adjusts himself in his seat, straightening his posture as he takes a sip from the nearby glass of water. The limousine having been incredibly comfortable and falling in with the rest of the convoy as it makes it's way to the capitol.

"When it comes to my draconic progenitors, I view them the same way a human would view an elder, I harbor respect for them and see them as a wise and guiding force in life." he says, before gaining a curious look on his face as he thinks about the second part of the question. After some thinking, he says "As for the people within Tinbya Sierjan, the draconic denizens view our progenitors with the same view I do, but when it comes to the humans and elves, they view said dragons differently. That is to say, not with malice or hostility, but certainly in a different view from mine."

From the military command post Drakonarian guards rush forward. They are Elybians by nationality but wear Drakonarian uniforms. They radio command about the situation and immediately more soldiers are on the scene. Dragons are flying through the air and soldiers scouring on the ground trying to find and apprehend the assassins. The soldiers also escort Enjel back to the palace while medics rush to see if there is anything that can be done to save Goldia.

The speakers announce to the city blaring from the Drakonarian military command post "By order of the Drakonarian Protectorate Army martial law is now in effect! All citizens are advised to remain in their homes and not to travel. All exits from the city will be closed until the killer has been apprehended. Please remain calm and await further updates."

Across the city soldiers are shutting down the airstrips and ports closing the city gates and raising any bridges they can. The city is now under military quarantine.

Meanwhile in the military command post things are chaotic. The top generals have gone to meet with Princess Enjel in the palace leaving the coordination of the hunt for the killer and enforcement of the military quarantine to the lower ranked officers who are struggling to keep everything together and coordinate operations.

Jesrurix wrote:A cold northern chill produces strong shivers up these hardened military men spines, Tannerly offered them coffee and some stew inside the base while closing his black leather bomber jacket.

Of course. The scientists step forward and allow themselves to be searched the intelligence agents standing by the side watching to ensure everything is done appropriately. Once that's done the Drakonarian researchers and agents follow the Anercian agents to the car that will take them to the zion-1 site.

One last look towards the mountain instills in them a fear, a fear that the mountains themselves are gods and they're looking down upon them. Entering their black armored cars, the passenger windows are as black as night, and a sturdy steel wall that protects the drivers with a silt for the guards to talk through. It would take two hours to reach Zion-1, going through paths that seem like they go underground and above ground again. The doors open to reveal the Bunker entrance, a rock face manned by a lonely outpost booth. The guard inside looked up from his magazine and presses something on his console.

The bare rock of the mountain splits open, revealing a cavernous expanse holding the real entrance into Zion-1. The researchers would be gathered into the mountain itself, and the rocky gates close behind them, their only light are multiple floodlights pointed towards them. Already the mages were there, along with the Head Researcher on a metal platform. "Gather up please! I am the Head Researcher of this facility, Ian Zeigler, and I'm glad you're all here in one piece." He pauses for a second to adjust his glasses.

"Here you will stay for a few months at a time, as per the agreement by our governments, and we will conduct research and share knowledge on magic and its likeness. In here, we are comrades of science and we have special authority as scientists to determine the ethics of our research. If such experiments are too much for you, then you are able to leave." He explains. "Now come inside, we have coffee and breakfast for you hungry researchers!" He gleefully said and gestured the entire teams to come inside.

Climbing up the marble steps up to the bunker door, its hydraulics strain and groan as it pulls its herculean titanium-steel gates apart, letting them inside the climate-controlled facility. Inside, it was sterile and clean, state of the art equipment and technology litter the first levels. A stark contrast from the elements outside. The researchers were given their security clearences, down to level two, with the drakonarian intelligence given level three to gain access to the many entertainment rooms there.

Their rooms were like luxury apartments with amenities and even other accommodations if they're reasonable. Private gourmet chefs were flown in from drakonaris and savonir, fresh and expensive foods imported from all the countries Anercia has trade with, and hundreds of barrels of premium alcohol paid for by the All-Left socialist party's dubious money to drink. Meanwhile, all artefacts and magical items were taken to the lower research labs to be experimented on for later.

Despite the martial law in kievaely, the people refused to listen to the Drakonarian decree. The people are beyond furious, they want revenge, they are out for blood. They demand that those who killed their queen are captured and publicly burned to death.

Not long after goldia's assassination, the elysium order found evidence of a small resistance group, could it be them behind the queen's death?

In the castle, a grieving enjel has attempted to end her life, not being able to cope with her mother's death, but fortunately she was stopped by one of the royal guards. The castle is covered in ice and fire, having been caused by enjel's grief.

The Drakonarian soldiers urge their generals and Princess Enjel into the secured bunker following the royal guards. Once inside they give Enjel space to cool down while they talk among themselves. Several radio messages are sent and received in hushed tones. The general calls one of the royal guards over and asks him to tell the princess that when she is well she should send a message to the city and reassure them to calm the rioting.

In the city Drakonarian troops are trying to calm the rioting on their own avoiding any use of riot suppression tactics that could further rile up the crowd. Task forces of skilled Drakonarian special forces are hunting around the city for the assassin.

Following up on the lead of the resistance groups, Drakonarian intelligence both in Elybia and from Drakonaris are engaged in reconnaissance operations monitoring communications in and around the city. A message is passed to the Elysium order that it is believed that the resistance group may have links to persons within Briven possibly even the Brivenish government. This is just an early lead and they state that they expect more to become clear in the next few days.

We also invite any non aligned nation to observe the exercises to bear witness to our strength and see the Internationale for the power for peace and socialist liberation we truly are Tinbya Sierjan Kattenstaad.

Naval exercises will be held near the Elybian channel and land exercises will be held near the Drakonarian Savonir border in Drakonarian territory. All participating troops will be escorted to the sites by our military and likewise any nation that wishes to send observers will have them brought in under our militaries protection.

Long live Drakonaris! Long live the Internationale!

Eventually the conversation ends as they all split off into their separate rooms heading to get comfortable and wash up from their trip leaving only the intelligence officer and the head scientist of the research team remaining to talk to the Anercian head researcher.

"So, the Drakonarian head scientist says, what's the plan? Obviously we want to test things but surely you have more of a research strategy than that."

We're still blind to how magic really works, it is truly anomalous with powers based on some sort of metaphysical belief or perhaps a realm of energy magicians tap into? Whatever the case, we do know that we can't access it naturally through our own bodies." He explained.

"But our biggest goal is to somehow find a way to mass refine raw mana, and how to cultivate it. We did some experiments when we secretly brought samples back home during the war, we found an extremely adaptable plant that absorbs raw mana from the ground and naturally refine it within itself. But anercian soil does not contain any natural sources of mana." He disappointingly said.

Drakonarian agents planted throughout Elybia are searching for any black ops personnel and guarding all critical civilian and military infrastructure to ensure sabotage cannot occur.

a few documents are attached bearing the seal of the minister laying out what is said above as well as a list which contains names of people in the ESDF, Elysium Order, and even a few in the Royal Guard. Astute political observers will notice that the names are of people who have been critical of Goldia particularly around the handling of diplomacy with Drakonaris and the dealings with the rebels. They include some of those who were the most vocal in opposing the dissolution of the caste system and those who spoke against amnesty for the rebels who surrendered.

He listens with interest to hear what interesting things the chancellor can tell.

The Chancellor puts down his glass and pulls a large book out from a nearby handbag "Had a feeling this kind of question would come, the history of Tinbya Sierjan is long and complicated. It starts at the earliest date of archived history we have left, back to the days of the royal family by the name of 'Vadinh Nakrohn'. This royal family ruled a small kingdom, with the most notable war it got involved in being a coalition war against a kingdom that could easily destroy them on their own. Moving forwards through a bunch of non-noteworthy events, Vadinh Nakrohn gets involved in a civil war due to disputed succession with a noblewoman from the house of Nakrohn winning. After a name change, for the kingdom, the queen expanded the kingdoms domain into the lands that were released from the old empire, which caused some to draw their ire towards us but no result came of this. Move forwards though time more and we find ourselves fighting off colonial powers with the help of many hastily created alliances. These wars went well for us until the queen died which is when the decline of the Queendom of Nakrohn started. The queen's female heir was unfortunately very young which resulted in heavy mismanagement of the domain and military which, after a period of defensive wars against the colonizers, caused us to lose most of our lands except for a useless province we evacuated too past the mountains. We were safe inside the mountains for many years to come but the colonizers eventually found us, this time a different banner found us. Due to our already bad opinion of them, we immediately and recklessly attacked their scouts hoping to deter them from encroaching on us again. This had the exact opposite effect and a military massacre followed which ended with us under a new dominion and our queen executed for what was deemed 'treason' by our new rulers. Bear in mind before this our race of dragonborn had no prior contact with humans in any way, and unfortunately they thought of us as barbaric for our desperate defense against their expansion."

The Chancellor takes a large drink from a bottle of water after the glass had ran out, putting it down before continuing. "After around two hundred years of their oppression, we saw an opportunity at freedom. A new idea had been spreading rapidly throughout the region, an idea called 'Democracy'. We waited until the time was right for our revolution, which came when a major war started between the colonial powers. After a couple years of arming ourselves the two major factions had met at a nearby region to do battle, we saw this as the perfect opportunity and initiated the event known as 'The Draconic Revolution' with which our revolutionary ideas swept our region and many likeminded dragonborn joined us. The revolution ended up making the colonizers give in, albeit after many massacres and one of the centers of it being exterminated using explosives, although the revolution costed us way more than what was gained, we kept going and eventually obtained freedom. We managed to sit out the rest of the war and the coming years after in a period of peaceful isolationism referred to as 'The Orange Summers'. However, everything really came crashing down with the onset of a second major war, with this one going global and managing to drag us into it."

He takes another drink from the bottled water as he continues to speak on the nations history. "The second war saw us taking a surprisingly quick defeat at the hands of an incredible evil, with us being moved to small coastal cities with tight streets and tall apartments, with us being locked inside said cities with no outward facing windows. Then, they began to put giant blankets over said cities, completely removing our concept of time after confiscating anything metal that weren't forks, knifes, spoons, or plates from us. After an unknown amount of time we received word that one of said box cities had been detonated from below, at the mention of this we knew what our fate would be, most accepted it but a small group didn't. This small group inspired us to start making a way out, couple that with the fact that the regime was distracted with the war, we get a great chance to escape. While they did employ guards for us, we had the most experience fighting for survival compared to the guards, while we did kill them we alerted more and what would be an easy escape turned into a life or death scenario. We eventually got to the port however we had to sacrifice a good few to have enough space on the boats. After we departed, we grouped up and managed to tie our boats into a line using rope, changing out which ship would be the leader every week until we arrived where our capitol is and after a long period of isolation, we're here today." He closes the book and looks back to the Premier.

After this history recap having been completed, the limousine would have made significant progress towards the capitol. "Now it is time for me to learn of your people, I suspect your history would have been archived better than ours considering we were being 'cleansed'."

Anercian Delegates were sent to Internationale HQ in Valesord, they were there to represent anerican interests, which was to vote yes on their entry.

The motion to approve entry is proposed by the Premier and passed unanimously by the Central Committee of the Draconian Socialist Party. In Valesord the Drakonarian delegation votes aye to approve the Dalek Empire's entry into the Internationale.

After hours of talk between the Council, military officials and the military parliament the decision is to approve Dalek empires entry into the international. the move is rejected by more Moderate and nationalist members of government vocally, but is highly accepted and celebrated by globalist members of government while hardliners stay quiet and refuse to comment on the decision. The Dalek Empire flag will be flown at governmental and military buildings until for a few days to show the governments decision to GMR citizens and soldiers.

I am pleased to announce that the Internationale has by unanimous consent approved the entry of The Dalek-Empire into our alliance. May our unity and the fraternal brotherhood that exists between the liberated working class of all of our nations live on forever!

The Rose Coalition Strikes!

Valesord Times

At 2PM in central Narba, a truck rented from a local 24-Rent-A-Haul filled with 2 tons of Ammonium nitrate rammed into City Hall, the explosion has caused 120 deaths and 892 injured. NPD reports that three masked men were fleeing the area after setting up the truck. Hours later, a video posted on the popular social media platform Vitter shows three men with rifles and suicide vests claiming responsibility for the attack and said their demands. They called themselves the "Rose Coalition", explaining that the scarlettan people were betrayed by the ALSP and demanded independence of their native lands. They called for an armed rebellion against the Valish government by all scarlettans, a "Jihad against their imperialism."

The president gave a press conference about the attack, "These fools have not only killed and maimed our fellow comrades, but waged war upon our metropolitan revolution in order to revive a past glory that never was. Let it be known that the Rose Coalition doesn't represent your scarlettan comrades, no good person can ever take part of such terrorism." He said, refusing to give answers.

"I see, that is unfortunate" the head scientist says. "You have a strong start I hope we can assist you." The head scientist looks distracted and unnerved a bit and the agent seems to be discretely looking around the facility. "Anyway she says I should probably put down my bags and confer with my staff. I look forward to beginning work tomorrow."

She walks away and the intelligence agent soon follows. As they walk a way a whispered argument ensues

"We both sensed it don't pretend you didn't" the head scientist says

"It must be something else, they would have told us if they had one of them here" the agent replies

"Unless they didn't want us to find it. You know how these Anercians are about their security, and besides if there is even a chance one is here we have to find it" the head scientist says seeming now more certain as they walk away deeper into the base.

"Our allies would never hide something like this from us, their our comrades surely they understand what they mean to us" the agent replies again more uncertainly this time.

"We need to notify high command at least tell them our suspicions" the head scientist says looking at the communicator pinned to the agent lapel

"agreed" the agent says they will sort this all out but even he looks unsure glancing wearily at the door at the end of the hallway with the stairs down to the next level.

A report arrives on the desk of Deputy Premier Lucius Afir the acting chair of the Central Committee who reads it with concern.

"the scarlettans in the mountains on our side of the border are crossing over and attacking the Anercians they say that isn't good. And our agent reports that he and the head scientists sensed a dragon in the Zion-1 research facility oh dear what have the Anercians gotten themselves into now" he mutters to himself as he skims the rest of the report affixing his signature to acknowledge the monthly production quotas and approve the funding that had been passed for the new foreign trade deals.

he gives a long sigh and moves to pick up the phone dialing the number for the Commissariat on Foreign Affairs eager to get all this business with the northerners straightened out. "yes this is deputy premier Afir speaking I need you to pay a visit to our friends in the Anercian embassy ask them if their government has a dragon in captivity please let them know that we will be glad to assist in ensuring the scarlettans are not attacking them as long as we can send an inspection team to verify that there is no dragon held captive in the zion-1 facility."

there is mumbled speech from the other side of the phone

"yes I am aware they are separate issues but to be honest I don't care the scarlettans haven't given us trouble in years and if the Anercians want us to involve ourselves to stop their little rebellion then we need to know that everything is right and proper at zion-1."

more speech on the other side of the phone then a quite audible "yes sir"

"Alright Secretary Adams well give me a call when this is sorted out"

Lucius slumps back into his seat and takes a long drink from the glass of water next to him calling in his assistant to refill it. "by the scales I am glad this is not my full time job. I can't wait for the premier to get back he just seems to love this sort of thing. Rangling the central committee I can handle I know them but the endless calls about random stuff going on in distant corners of Drakonaris or abroad honestly I could care less"

"You only have to do this for another 3 days sir" his assistant says "Premier Poole will be back before too long"

"Thanks for the reminder kid you really know how to cheer a man up" Lucius says letting him go before he returns to looking over the papers that are spread across his desk.

Tinbya Sierjan wrote:The Chancellor puts down his glass and pulls a large book out from a nearby handbag "Had a feeling this kind of question would come, the history of Tinbya Sierjan is long and complicated.

"It has been but alas I am afraid it has not quite as many twists and turns fortunately for us. Drakonaris was inhabited by native peoples since our earliest days they hunted, gathered, fished, and lived in harmony with the local wildlife especially dragons. It was during a great famine that the humans first began to domesticate dragons feeding them of their own stores when they could not find enough for themselves and training them to hunt and fish in turn for humans. With the mountains and swamps to the north and sea to the south our territory was rarely vulnerable from invasion particularly after the founding of the dragon riders. Casimir Veldaken was the first dragon rider sharing a special bond with his dragon Sapir unlike anything the people had ever seen before. He was the one who united to tribes and created the first true state in the land we now call Drakonaris, the Sapir-Veldaken Confederation.

The Confederation stood for a long time but eventually it changed because cities began to grow and people started to specialize. Some people tried to sieze power making themselves kings or petty dictators but without a strong base of support those efforts failed. Instead the cities became governed by councils that consisted of elected representatives from all the different trade guilds in the cities. These eventually centralized replacing the confederation government with the Debslandian Republic.

The Debslandian Republic in contrast to the confederation which traded with those around it was more staunchly isolationist seeing the growth of empire to the north in what is now Jesrurix and not wanting to support it or cause conflict by actively opposing it. This era saw technological stagnation since the Debslandian authorities felt that once everyone had what they needed there was no need to do more. The arts and culture did flourish in this time however since people had more free time than ever to focus on their own pursuits.

The Anercian revolution against their imperial overlords across the mountains sent shockwaves through Debslandia. People began to realize that the ideology these revolutionaries espoused of workers power and equality was not all together so different from what Drakonaris has practiced for generations. There was much argument over whether we should aid them or not and ultimately the moderates won out allowing volunteers to go and sending with them small shipments of money and weapons but ultimately maintaining official neutrality as had been our position for so long.

When the revolutionaries to the north won however and established the Internationale that we realized we were behind the curve because of our stagnancy. That gave rise to the more radical faction, the Draconian Socialist Party which advocated a modernized militarized Drakonaris that would spread socialism to the world and bring everyone under the dragons wings. They took power in the glorious revolution a remarkably peaceful transfer led by party general secretary and the first premier of the Democratic Republic of Drakonaris Elrond Castellion. Under his and now his successor Premier Poole's rule Drakonaris has modernized significantly and grown in influence from an isolationist self sufficient state to a global hegemon.

and thats how we got to where we are today" the Premier says reaching out his hand to take a long drink from a bottle of iced tea passed to him by an aide.

"I suppose we must be getting close now" the Premier says looking out and trying to spot some sort of government building out the window.

President Ferris of Paralogica has announced a trade deal with Anercia. In exchange for lower tarrifs, Paralogica will take advantage of leased mines within Anercia. And, in exchange for discounted port fees and 90 billion Rose Pesos (approximately 89 billion Pacs), Anercia will sell the Federation of Paralogica a number of parts for military vehicles, enough for approximately 4 carriers, 5 battleships, 7 destroyers, 9 cruisers, 80 tanks, and 60 aircraft. One of the most important things to come out of this deal is the non-agression pact between Paralogica and Anercia, which is sure to serve as a base for many diplomatic interactions to come.

A very confused secretary runs into the office of the People's Commissar for Foreign Affairs out of breath and carrying a piece of paper in her hand. She deposits it on the desk before stopping to catch her breath. "Sir I-I have a message for us"

The commissar looks out from over his glasses and puts down the ipad with his reports. He takes a sip from his glass before reaching over the desk to examine the letter "so I see, and how exactly did this message arrive? You are aware that we have procedures for diplomatic messages yes? Why was this not sent to the appropriate ambassador?"

"Thats the problem sir, its not from any of the nations we have met so far" the secretary says looking at the note nervously

"Well then how did it get here in the first place?" the commissar says looking increasingly bewildered as he reads the note

"well you see sir, a bird came a carrier pigeon I think it was. Its still sitting there now out on the fence I think it expects a reply"

The ambassador looks thoughtful for a moment "interesting well this is certainly unprecedented. I suppose we should pen a reply"

the ambassador pulls a pen from his desk and sets about writing a response.

"Dear Lord Wilde of Lastus Mckinnon,

We seek peaceful diplomatic relations with all nations of the world and would be glad to meet you as well. We will send some dignitaries to visit you soon. Can you provide us with a location to find you? Do you mind dragons?

The commissar then rolls up the note seals it in wax with the dragons seal and hands it to the secretary

"You know what to do I guess" he says trying to keep his composure as the pigeon now growing more insistent has flown up to the window of the commissariat.

The secretary takes the note out affixes it to the pigeon which flies off even without being bidden leaving the capital and heading towards the sea back to its master far away.

The DRS Wyvern is patrolling Drakonarian waters its captain and crew mostly relaxing in their quarters since its the heat of the day. A skeleton crew is above deck keeping the ship running and monitoring for incoming ships. Suddenly radar picks up something on scanners a unidentified ship. A closer scan reveals some features that baffle the radar team, the ship matches no modern configuration used by any nation and it is made of wood. They radio other ships in the patrol perimeter to verify their readings and confirm it is not a sensor glitch. The other ships confirm is not and follow the Wyvern to investigate.

The team sends out a radio hail to the ship thinking that it could be an antique civilian fishing ship gone off course that has a radio. No response.

The radar crew wake up the captain and senior officers and they try to determine what it is as the ship slowly comes into view an unknown flag flying from its mast. Following protocol for an unknown ship entering Drakonarian sovereign waters the ships guns are loaded and armed but the crew feels ridiculous considering the fact that they are dealing with a wooden ship.

After a few minutes of debate they decide to do things the old fashion way and the captain activates the amplification system so they will be heard by the ship now not too far away

"Unknown vessel this is the DRS Wyvern, you are traveling through Drakonarian waters please identify yourselves"

The Wyvern and its partner ship continue to sail closer hoping they get a response soon in case they are in need of rescue or something.

Above a lone dragon rider out on patrol hears the radio message and comes to investigate as well arriving in time to hear the Wyvern put out their message to the unknown ship.

The katten look at the ships weirdly. They see the dragon rider, a demon in their eyes, and arm their katuskets and cannons in case it tries to attack. The captain goes up to the deck and yells out:

"Wij zijn Handelsschiff! Wir meommen om te Handel! Snuisterijen, Waren, meowlle!" (We are merchant ship! We come to trade! Trinkets, goods, all!)

The crew hold up books, tools, guns and other goods they find lying around in hope they understand. For the katten, the tounge spoken is strange and they barely understand any words. The flag does not match any flag from their records of civilizations met years ago. Some skeptical crew-members go into defensive positions around the deck.

The crew look at each other in confusion before beginning to fall over laughing. Eventually once they have recovered one of the crewmen pipes up "the cats sir, I think they want to trade" the captain looks at him in surprise before looking again and seeing the stuff they are pointing at "You may be right crewmen that or they just want to show us how much nice stuff they have"

The ships pull to a stop as they reach the ship the waves of water dispersed by their movement cause the Katten ship to rock.

Realizing that there is no way to have sustained communication without understanding their language the captain sends a message back to the nearest naval base asking them to look into any mentions of sentient felines in Drakonarian history and specifically their language.

It takes a few hours for them to reply during which time the crew waits nervously looking over at the cats on the ship near them hoping they won't attack before they figure out how to communicate. The other ship is still waiting at a safe distance while the dragon rider circles overhead.

Eventually they get a reply "a scholar by the name of Savos Aren former professor of ancient Drakonarian history at Alinor University claims to know about a species called the Katten that the Drakonarians had contact with earlier in their history. He studied records of their language and says he should be able to translate"

The second ship is dispatched to pick up the former professor and bring him here and it arrives half an hour later

A smaller motor boat pulls up beside the Katten ship and an old man walks out supported by a cane made of wood and wearing red silk robes with a badge marked translator on them.

is accompanied by several men and women in black and red robes with the symbol of the dragon pinned to their lapels "Meollo" the old man says reaching his hand down to shake the paw of one of the katten in greeting.

They greet the President and his staff as they approach the ambassador reaching out to shake President Ferris's hand "Thank you for inviting us Mr President, I am Ambassador Orsino"

"Admiral Beran pleasure to make your acquaintance sir" the admiral says stepping forward as well

President Ferris shakes Ambassador Orsino's hand while nodding at Admiral Beran. "The pleasure is all mine. You dropped in at a great time as I am in a clear part of my schedule." He let's go of the Ambassador's hand and motions toward the motorcade, which has a Paralogican Secret Service agent holding open the backseat of the middle car. "We can take this dialog to the Presidential Palace. We have the place ready for your delegation, so it would be fitting to speak there."

The admiral politely bids the group farewell and returns to his ship followed by the marines while the ambassador and his staff follow the President to the motorcade and hop in the car. As the ambassador sits down and straps in he turns to look at the President seated beside him "I must say Mr. President I am impressed. We have not heard of your nation until your call went out to the world and to see that you are so modern and prepared for our arrival is a testament to your people's level of development. If I might be so bold why did you decide to reveal yourselves to the outside world now after so long?"

The ambassador says drinking from a bottle of water he brought with him before turning back to hear President Ferris's response.

The President smiles and looks out the window at the bustling metropolis that is Paralogica City. "Well, this is a result of careful planning on part of our national and state governments. You know, twenty years ago when our nation was founded, we were dirt poor. We had just come out of an economic collapse due to the poor economic and government systems of the confederation our country used to be. We realized that we needed to change, so we reunified under a new, stronger government and set up a Twenty Year Plan. What you're seeing now is the culmination of that. It was agreed that after the completion of the Twenty Year Plan, we would open up to the world, and begin Phase Two of Paralogica's early developments." He looks back at the Ambassador. "I'm glad to see that our progress has impressed someone such as yourself."

"Such progress would impress anyone" he says "for a nation that only two decades ago faced a economic crisis you have made a remarkable recovery. Its a testament to the central planning capabilities of your government. Perhaps next time we should send the people's commissar for labor and industry to see what we can learn from your twenty year plan" the ambassador adds with a chuckle. "We also hope to assist in your people's growth no doubt a government carrying out such extensive projects will require financing and as I hope to discuss further once we reach the palace we would be happy to provide it." The ambassador takes another drink from his water sitting in silence for a while, watching as the metropolis goes by and looking towards what he thinks is the palace coming up in the distance.

Cheers can be heard and magic fireworks are shot into the air as a sheet is taken off a large bird cage. Wilde swings open the cage door and tens of carrier pigeons fly out, darting off in every direction. Lastus McKinnon sends it's message to the world: "We are here, and we want to know you"

The Bureau of Interior Security was tasked to apprehend these strange messenger birds coming from the far south-east, the BIS and Ministry of Foreign Affairs came up with a plan to test out their capabilities as a nation. First, they attached hidden GPS trackers on all of them. Then a message with message with a location with its exact latitude and longitude, a meeting spot that would take them to an old imperial sea fortress somewhere on the edge of the anerican nautical border. There they would meet, somewhere private and secluded, with heavily armed escorts of course.

President Ferris nods and looks toward the Palace in the distance, its figure standing out among the high-rise buildings surrounding it. As they get closer, the area surrounding the Palace comes into view as well. The park surrounding the Palace, its clean pathways and trees, is soon shown in its glory as they get ever closer. As they begin to pull in, the President speaks. "The placement of the Presidential Palace was highly debated at the time of the New Federation's founding. It was already decided that Paralogica City would be the capital, as we had planned for our largest port to be here, but where in the city was still highly debated. In the end, the site of one of the city's last remaining parks, which was also the largest, was chosen. The state of the park was decrepit, at best. As such, the Paralogica City Council, in coordination with the new national government, set about establishing new standards for park upkeep. That set the trend for the way Paralogicans treat the environment in general, which is a big reason why quality of life and overall cleanliness is high in our cities, especially here in Paralogica City. I hope that during your visit, you can get a good glimpse of what I mean when I say that the people of Paralogica are the basis of our country's success." President Ferris then looks at the Ambassador and smiles. "Without them, the government's efforts would have been rendered meaningless and we would have stayed in economic turmoil." The motorcade passes the gates of the Presidential Palace as the President finishes speaking.

Secretary Harold of Foreign Affairs is in his office doing paperwork when one of his employees bursts open the door, saying, "Secretary, we have just received major word."

The Secretary looks up from his desk. "Linda, ever since Paralogica opened for business, all we've gotten is major word, especially with Drakonaris making contact. What is it?"

The employee named Linda holds up a letter. "This was brought to us from a foreign nation that just made its entrance onto the world stage."

The Secretary raises a brow. "A similar situation to us, but not exactly major word."

Linda shakes her head. "It was brought by a carrier pigeon."

The Secretary is silent for a moment. "Oh, yeah that is major word. The President is busy entertaining the Drakonaris delegation, so I shall handle this matter personally. Give me the letter."

Linda hands the letter to the Secretary and he reads it. "I see. Is the pigeon still here?"

Linda nods. "Yes, it seems to be waiting for us to write a letter back."

The Secretary reads the letter. "Very well. I'll write a response to send back. In the meantime, begin working on finding an Ambassador for this new nation among all the other nations we're trying to find Ambassadors for."

Linda nods again. "Alright."

The Secretary writes the letter and seals it in an evelope with the seal of the Paralogica Department of Foreign Affairs and Linda brings it back to the pigeon for it to be delivered back:

"Dear Lord of Lastus McKinnon,

We in the Federation of Paralogica have acknowledged your message to the world. As we are a country in a similar diplomatic situation, we are very interested in setting up diplomatic relations with you. If you would permit it, we will assemble a delegation to visit your country and establish relations. We look forward to your response.

Sincerely,

Secretary Harold of Foreign Affairs of Paralogica."

"I speak to you now for the first time in centuries, I have decided we shall reveal ourselves to this world isolation has served it's purpose but now it is time for new heights. Our power has waxed the void has flared in strength for an unknown reason so it is now the time to end the isolation and begin a new golden age like those of the past, Salvation Ir Kzaevas!"

A message is then transmitted reaching every corner of the world to every nation simply stating "We are here".

"This is the Drakenhaven morning news I am your host Elton Quinn the residents of Drakonaris awoke to a strange event this morning as reports come in that people across the nation have heard voices or more specifically one voice in their head. I will now turn it over to Ashara Zeldin arcanologist at Alinor University to tell us more"

"Thank you Quinn and thank you for having me here, before I say anything else let me clarify that we are still looking into this many of my collogues have been summoned to the Commissariat on Science and Research to try to figure out the origin of this message is. All we can say for certain right now is this the message was transmitted via some sort of psionic magic directly into the heads of affected Drakonarians, and it seems to have struck people seemingly at random but covering almost every corner of the country."

A map goes up on the screen showing dots from where calls have come in about receiving this message, they are scattered throughout Drakonaris.

"As far as we can tell the words were the same for everyone, we are here. From whom this strange message originated and what means for Drakonaris and our people is something we will see soon stay tuned for more updates"

A few days later

"And there you have it folks with the origin of the message found by our intrepid scientists with the help of our friends the Elybian mages. Now a wing of riders led by Drake Commodore Glorfindel set out to deliver our first emissaries to the mysterious senders of the message that rocked the nation only a few days ago."

The people of Hokaidoi see dark shapes in the sky coming towards them across the strait from the east. They cannot be seen in any detail yet because of the morning fog that hangs low over the sea but they seem to be approaching fast.

The Emperor is stood outside on his balcony overlooking the magnifiscent gardens below, then a voice enters his head using their telepathic link the Head of the guards speaks to him.

"My Lord, our message has clearly been heard I've had reports of large mounted reptilian beasts approaching the land from the north"

The Emperor looks up a large smirk forming on his previously poker face.

"Very good the message has been received as for the dragons send a welcoming party and have the palace prepared for their envoy,"

"Of course my Emperor I shall do so at once"

The psionic link breaks as the guard leaves to complete his mission.

"I suppose I should prepare for guests."

The Emperor turns and leaves entering the palace once again.

The dragons swoop low over the countryside and cityscape looking for any sign of a palace or capital building where they can meet with whoever runs this land. The people dive for cover and react with alarm as the shadows of the massive beasts block out the sun over their homes or buildings. While the commodore steers the riders the ambassadors try to calm down the chaos below. "We come in peace" they shout! "we seek to meet with your leader. We mean you no harm!"

The clear voice of Drake Commodore Glorfindel pierces through the noise "Landing zone coming up! It looks like we are expected!"

Everyone holds on tight as the dragons descend towards the ground eventually setting down on a large field in the Emperors gardens.

The riders and ambassadors dismount and approach the welcoming party, the riders ordering their dragons to heal so as not to scare their hosts.

"We greet you in peace on behalf of the Democratic Republic of Drakonaris, I am Ambassador Waylon" one of the men says approaching and extending his hand to the leader the welcoming committee.
