Vibonia - Future Roleplay / Secaria

Part one is not in Vibonia while the second part is in Vibonia

Final past dimension story & worldbuilding

The rift stands idly in the center of the city, nearby a group of scientists are working on figuring out how the rift works and how they could replicate it. These scientists are working for a private organization called [Unknown], this organization specializes in creating military weaponry and selling it to nations for large amounts of money.

Scientist 1 - “Starting the rift creation experiment. [Scientist 2] please turn on the generator.”

Scientist 2 - “The generator has been turned on.”

The scientist watch as their 37th attempt at creating the rift

Scientist 3 - “Cancel experiment! Someone is entering our dimension using the rift!”

The equipment is quickly turned off, the scientists don’t want the people inside the Vibonia dimension to know they’re trying to create more rifts. When everything stops, a girl comes out of the rift, she seems surprised the scientists are there, but before she can start questioning them, the rift behind her quickly shrinks and then disappears.

Girl - “What happened to the rift? What did you do?”

Scientist 1 - “We were experimenting with the rift, trying to make more of them.”

Before anything else could happen, a group a soldiers arrived to the area, the soldiers are not known by anyone at the site, these soldiers then ordered the scientists and the girl to go onto the ship they were using, nobody who knew about the rift told the soldiers about it fearing what they would do with it, the girl and the scientists were never seen again.

Captain Grey was elected the leader of The Saturn Republic, he decided that the current laws they followed on their ship will exist in the Nation until they finished creating their settlements. The government has not yet been fully created, for now they will have a single leader running their government

The nation created the flag of their nation based on the planet of which they came from, a large gas giant with rings.

The territory The Saturn Republic currently controls consists of 5 districts, Sacaria, Rhea, Dione, Mimas, and Enceladus. Sacaria is the mainland continent of Sacaria. Rhea is the largest island controlled by The Saturn Republic, Rhea is the most populous of all the districts and the capital, Tethys. Dione is the smallest island controlled by the Saturn Republic, it is used as a launch area for spacecraft. Mimas is the westernmost island controlled by The Saturn Republic. Lastly, Enceladus is the northernmost island controlled by the Saturn Republic.

The population of The Saturn Republic is 2.42 million, Tethys is the largest city with a population of 780 thousand.

There is no official language or religion, but English is the most spoken language.

Satellites are currently under construction and are expected to reach orbit in 2 weeks time, once the satellites are up and running they will scan the world for resources, land, and people.

Tethys is currently the only city in the nation, more will be constructed in the future to give people jobs and residence, for now though the population is either in the capital or in various settlements across the nation’s territory.

Robotic technology was very important to the civilizations of the past dimension, allowing affordable labor for large scale construction. Although the scale of robotics in The Saturn Republic is far smaller than those in the past dimension, robotics is still large enough that construction of large settlements isn’t a very difficult task, expansion of the current settlements into cities will happen soon.

Other than plant, fungus, and bacterial based lifeforms, no animal life forms have been found.

Food is currently being gathered using agriculture, 3d printing technology has not been brought to Vibonia, scientists are still working on a way to get food using 3d printing using a quick and more importantly safe way.

The planet’s atmosphere is the exact same as the human’s origin planet Terra, which is not only rare but was never seen before in the previous dimension.

Water on this planet is also the same as Terra, although there is no sign of aquatic lifeforms beyond plants and bacteria.

Although approximate, the diameter of Vibonia is around 13 thousand kilometers in diameter, which is similar to Terra.

With more research, it’s becoming clear that Vibonia is very similar to Terra, such as the day and year cycle being the same, seasons being similar, and the average temperature, there are only small differences but it seems that this planet is the same as Terra but in another dimension, which was confusing to the scientists as the planet’s rift wasn’t anywhere near it’s dimension’s counterpart, around 40,000 lightyears apart.

Scientists look for the planets that should exist, but fail, it doesn’t seem like the other planets in the past dimension are in the Vibonia dimension.[/spoiler]
