I think the worst flags are the ones that are extremely and unnecessarily complex. Like putting way too many things on the flag. Tricolours are boring but some other flags are just hideous lol

Question: Can anyone please give me a link to a Random Number Generator? I need it for some other region where I somehow found myself in charge of Entertainment. I'd like to host there Competitions.

Can't think of any flags I particularly hate. Maybe I'm not into vexilology enough.

Oh it's interesting that you mention "too intricate to draw from memory". Complex things are fun in theory but, and I don't know why, my standard for good flag design has generally been "Can you draw it in the sand with a stick if you were stranded on an random island?" Naturally, as someone who lives on an island, I have never drawn a flag in the sand with a stick. But I'm not stranded, so it's obviously fine.

If the tricolour was less ubiquitous, I probably wouldn't mind it. In the same vein, I know why 99% of them are the same shape, but I'd prefer if alternatives were more common.

I don't know, they kind of just went too far with everything, like the leaves on the corners that really don't need to be there, or the green and orange lines in the left.
The coloring also is not for me.
