The favoured food for glorious Endmigt is KIksklang. A pilste berry coated in serpents skin and filled with many spices. A delicacy in our nation, though very expensive. Most only eat one in their lifetime.

Telegrams in general are just messages another player can send to you. They exist either as recruitment, WA campaign (which you shouldn't be receiving), region-wide announcements, or just messages someone sends. If you're talking about the regional welcome telegram, where a little bouncing robot introduced you to the region, then that's just welcoming you to Refugia and giving you advice/sources to look at for information. If it was from someone else, you can just reply to it or ignore it in whatever way you want. If it has a "move Thenuhj to [region name]", you can probably delete it though, because it's trying to recruit you and get you to move somewhere else.

I have noticed that my nation has went from rank 27 to rank 195. it seems that i made a few legislative mistakes, yet alas, i can only hope things get better.

Each day different things are featured to rank. Today it's lowest crime rates, for which you are ranked 195th; tomorrow there will be something else :)

I am almost dead last for lowest crime here.

It's always very satisfying to see a lot of activity and nice discussions on the RMB

Although, as the Councillor of the Interior, it is also terrifying when you see 30+ messages that you haven't read in the RMB ^^

I believe there's an issue that allows you to do that. Here in NS there is an issue with an option for almost everything, you just need to choose right =)

My stats mainly have to do with how I created my nation, so luck is part of it. It just depends really, as far as I've learned so far, on what options you choose in each issue. The context must be read carefully. Even then, results will vary!
