That was the whole point! DuckTales and Avatar: The Last Airbender are my two favorite shows. I figured that a double tribute crossover would be great for my nation's theme. Webby's stance and glowing blue eyes from the episode "New Gods On The Block" were perfect.

Well i got an issue saying refugia needed help in a war but i didn't want despair in my own justice.

Where does using irradiated currency to surreptitiously poison hostage captors fit in the pacifist-terrorist spectrum?

[spoiler=Warning: incoming over-analysis of what is most likely a joke.] Chemical and biological or, I suppose in this case, radioactive warfare are pretty solidly on the terrorist side of the spectrum. But this raises the question, does being pacifist as a nation mean not striking back against criminals? Unless the hostage captors are members of a foreign government, they would fall under the criminal category. Are pacifist nation not to punish criminals? Can a nation be considered pacifist if it has the death penalty? If being a pacifist nation simple means not engaging in military action with other nations than poisoning criminals, even with radiation, does not violate this definition. We can argue on the morality or reasonability of irradiating criminal but it does not seem to violate the definition but perhaps the spirt of pacifism. For an individual, irradiating the money falls on the terrorist side, but for a country it technically falls off the spectrum if you define it the way I have. Granted, if one uses a more general definition, like not using violence, for pacifism then it falls heavily on the terrorist side of the spectrum for nations. [/spoiler]

The map dispatch states that only Member States (defined in the Refugia Revised Statutes as nations enrolled in the World Assembly, sorry) can apply to be on the map. That being said, you can see the locations of the various cultures and religions in the buttons on the dispatch labelled "ancestral home nations of [x]".

If your WA membership ever frees up, we'd be happy to have you apply, though ^-^
